Ciro Martinez III has had a strong passion for Real Estate and Law since an early age. Since he could remember, he has been exposed to all facets of Real Estate and Law due to his close relationship with his father. As early as high school, Mr. Martinez was already building his knowledge in Law. While attending Bishop Verot Catholic High School in Fort Myers, Florida, he enrolled in all related Law classes and activities available to the students. In addition to Law studies which comprised of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Court Procedure, Business Law, and Real Estate Law; He also joined the Bishop Verot Mock Trial Team. Furthermore, he was chosen to be Lead Counsel for both the prosecution side and also on the defense side. To further develop his critical thinking skills, he also joined the Debate Team and the Chess Club. After High School Mr. Martinez attended Saint Michael’s College in Vermont where he received a notable scholarship. While attending Saint Michael’s, he was made aware of a dual enrolment opportunity at Saint Leo’s University and Florida State University School of Law. He applied to this highly competitive program and was accepted. After school and during summer break he would clerk/intern at Martinez Law Group. His duties comprised of meeting with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties in preparation of legal proceeding. He also drafted memorandums, motions and pleadings. Mr. Martinez also interned under Honorable Judge H. Andrew Swett of the 20 th Judicial Circuit in Lee County. To further expand his love for Real Estate, while attending College, Mr. Martinez has obtained his Real Estate license and Mortgage Loan Originator License. He is now part of the Innova Team eager to assist people pursue their dream of home ownership and real estate investing.
